This prototype keeps KULA’s premium product-page feel while turning each box into its own shipment-ready gift.

Marianne, this prototype is showing the intended customer journey. Step 1 is now only about building the gift box. Step 2 is where each recipient gets their own address, card design, message type and delivery date.

Step 1 — Build the gift box

Marianne, this step is intentionally limited to the product itself. The per-recipient choices move to Step 2 so every shipment can have its own card, message and delivery date.

Marianne, this lets us create one box plan first, then assign those boxes across one or more recipients in Step 2.
If the order needs more than 6 boxes, the prototype can point the customer to contact KULA directly for a manual gifting order.

Step 2 — Assign recipients and customise each shipment

Marianne, this step is showing the exact rule from your brief: every recipient can have a different card design, message type and delivery date, even inside one paid order.

Shipping is shown per address. After checkout, the admin workflow can split the paid order into fulfilment-ready shipment orders and group them by shipping date.

Marianne, the cart is grouped by shipment so the customer sees exactly what will be sent to each recipient before checkout.
